  1. Take a basic 1.5 or 2 liter soda bottle and this will be the rocket you will launch.
  2. Add a cone to the top by simply using glue.

If you are concerned about safety you can also connect a piece of tubing between the rocket and the pump so you can pressurize the rocket at a safe distance to avoid any accidents.
  6. To launch your soda bottle rocket simply fill the bottle about one third full of water place in the launcher and attach the pump and begin pumping, the pressure will eventually build up inside the bottle and the rocket will launch from the launch pad.
